Highlight Your Company’s Major News at DCAT Week
Kicking off DCAT Week, the DCAT Member Company Announcement Forum is a much-anticipated program at which senior executives from DCAT Member Companies make major news announcements to DCAT Week’s influential attendees and the industry press.
Exclusive to DCAT Member Companies, the DCAT Member Company Announcement Forum is a valuable platform to highlight key news developments from your company occurring in 2025* in the following areas:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including post-M&A integration
- Significant capital expansions for manufacturing and development capacity across the bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing value chain—raw materials, chemicals, processing aids, excipients, and other inputs; drug substances (small molecule & biologics), drug products, and packaging; and
- Other key corporate strategic developments occurring in 2025 and beyond.
*Note: News announcements must be from January 2025 forward. If an announcement was first made prior to January 2025, updated information occurring in 2025 or beyond must be included. In the case of M&A, this can include deal closing or post-M&A integration occurring in 2025 or beyond, and for expansions, updated timelines for completion and launch occurring in 2025 or beyond.
Who Can Apply
The Member Company Announcement Forum is open to all Registered DCAT Member Companies, bio/pharma companies, CDMOs/CMOs, and suppliers, large, mid-sized, and small companies.
How To Apply
Companies interested in participating must first submit an online application outlining their news development:
Application Review Process
Applications are reviewed by the DCAT Member Company Announcement Forum Oversight Committee, which selects those companies receiving podium time at DCAT Week based on news priority, criticality of the news development, and interest to DCAT Member Companies. No promotional content is allowed; content must be factual only to the news development. Promotional applications will not be considered.
Deadlines (all dates in 2025)
| Monday February 3 |
Applications due (due to the large volume of applications received, no exceptions). Earlier applications encouraged. This is the final day in which applications can be submitted. |
| Friday February 21 |
DCAT notifies applicants whether selected for podium time or not.* Those companies selected for podium time will be assigned their time slot at the Forum. |
| Monday March 3* |
Presentations due. Companies selected for podium time are asked to provide a short (no more than 7-minutes) factual, non-marketing-based presentation of their news announcement. Presentations are reviewed for adherence to presentation criteria. Presentations with promotional content will not be accepted for review. |
| Friday March 7 |
Final presentations due (if changes required post initial submission). |

*Note: Companies meeting the content criteria, but not selected for podium time. Companies meeting the content criteria, but not selected for podium time at DCAT Week may submit their news announcement for editorial consideration for inclusion:
- In a special issue of DCAT Value Chain Insights, the association’s online editorial publication, featuring “DCAT Week in Review” and
- In bonus e-distribution to program registrants and attendees of the Member Company Announcement Forum.

Where & When the Program Will Take Place
The Member Company Announcement Forum will be held during DCAT Week on Monday March 17, 2025 (9:00-11:30 AM) at the InterContinental Barclay, Grand Ballroom (2nd Floor). The program is complimentary and exclusive to DCAT Member Companies.
