REGISTRATION

Registration is not a requirement to attend DCAT Week or meet with DCAT Member Companies inside their private meeting space. More information can be found in the tabs below.

Registration is exclusive to DCAT Member Company employees. You must be a current employee with an email “domain” of the member company. Please do not register non-company domain email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com, etc.). Registrations with non-member company email domains will be deleted.

  • Registration provides DCAT Member Company employees with a Member Name Badge to provide them with exclusive benefits during DCAT Week
  • Members will have the option to add education sessions and networking events to their registration
  • Employees of approved Member Company Subsidiaries are also eligible for the benefits noted above
  • Member Name Badges are required for entry to the DCAT Member Lounge at the InterContinental New York Barclay and the Lotte New York Palace
  • Member Name Badges are not required to attend DCAT Week or business meetings, however they are strongly encouraged for all member company representatives to obtain one
  • Non-Members who are attending DCAT Week for meetings with DCAT Member Companies are not required to register for DCAT Week
  • Non-Members are not eligible to attend DCAT Week education programs, networking events or obtain a Member Name Badge

Online pre-registration for DCAT Week 2025 is now closed. To register for programs and events onsite, visit the DCAT Office located in the Barclay Salon on the first floor of the InterContinental Barclay. Office hours can be found here.

Member Badge Pick-Up

Pick up your Member Company Name Badge during DCAT Week!

Attendees who registered for an Education Session or Networking event can pick up their badge at one of the designated pick-up locations noted below. Each attendee must be present to pick up their own badge as identification will need to be verified.

  • InterContinental Barclay: DCAT Office – Barclay Salon (1st Floor)
  • Lotte NY Palace: Member Company Lounge (Villard Ballroom, 2nd Floor)

  • Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Sunday: CLOSED
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**The InterContinental Lounge will close at 3:00 PM on Tuesday. The Lotte NY Palace Lounge will remain open until 5:00 PM on Tuesday.
