DCAT’s Lounge Policy

The DCAT Member Company Lounges, located at the Lotte NY Palace and InterContinental New York Barclay Hotels, are reserved exclusively for employees of DCAT Member Companies. Non-members are strictly prohibited and will not be admitted, including as guests of a Member Company.

The DCAT Member Company Lounges may not be used for business meetings of any kind, including—but not limited to—internal company meetings, meetings with customers or prospective customers, or discussions with competitors.

Please note that the lounges do not guarantee privacy. Members who choose to share sensitive or proprietary business information in these spaces do so at their own risk.

During lounge hours, if DCAT Staff determine that a business meeting is taking place, those involved will be asked to discontinue the discussion and may be escorted from the venue.

This policy is in place to protect both the DCAT Organization and its Member Companies. DCAT appreciates the cooperation of all Members and seeks to avoid placing any Member Company in an uncomfortable position. Dedicated Business Meeting Space is available and may be requested by contacting dcatmeetingspace@dcat.org.

We encourage DCAT Member Companies to use the lounges as intended—to take a break, enjoy refreshments, access Wi-Fi, and relax during a busy DCAT Week.
