DCAT Week Run & Walk

Start your day with an invigorating run or walk through the scenic paths of Central Park during DCAT Week! We’ve made it easy—chartered buses will transport you from the InterContinental Barclay to Central Park and back, ensuring you return in time for your busy day of meetings.
Event Highlights:
- 2 Mile Walk (Suggested Pace: 22.5 min/mile or faster)
- 3 Mile Run (Suggested Pace: 15 min/mile or faster)
- 5 Mile Run (Suggested Pace: 9 min/mile or faster)
Warm up with fellow participants and capture a memorable group photo near the iconic USS Maine National Monument.
Schedule:
- 5:15 AM – Check-in and receive t-shirt at DCAT Office (Barclay Salon, InterContinental)
- 5:30 AM – Board shuttles to Central Park from InterContinental Barclay
- 6:00 AM – Arrive at Columbus Circle (59th Street)
- 6:15 AM – Photo op and group warm-up (near USS Maine National Monument)
- 6:30 AM – Run/Walk begins
- 7:15 AM- Shuttles depart and return to the InterContinental Barclay
Participation is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants must sign a waiver of liability and select their course in advance.
