Saurabh Goyal is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he is a Leader in McKinsey’s Procurement Practice, with a primary focus in the pharmaceutical and medical-products industries. He has led several procurement transformations for both large and small pharma and medical device companies with topics ranging from value capture, organization re-design, and operating model changes. Recently, his work has focused on risk and resilience as well as ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) in procurement. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for four years at Procter & Gamble in manufacturing and supply-chain planning. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
