Sally Macaluso

Sally Macaluso is the Chief Procurement Officer at GE HealthCare. In this role, Sally oversees $10 billion of the company’s direct and indirect spend. Prior to joining GE HealthCare, Sally spent 11 years at Johnson & Johnson, where she had several leadership positions,  including Chief Procurement Officer of Johnson & Johnson MedTech and Chief Procurement Officer for Indirect Services Procurement. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Sally held various Procurement leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Merck & Co., Inc. In addition to her healthcare Procurement experience, Sally served on the Board of Directors of the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT) for seven years, including the role of President, and she joined the Board of Directors of Tecomet in 2024. Sally has her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Bucknell University and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University.
