Maria Elena Guadagno is Technical Operations & Business Executive Director at BSP Pharmaceuticals, where she leads the Technical Operations and Business Unit Organizations with responsibility of the Manufacturing, Development, Technical Services, Business Management and Technology Transfer departments. She joined BSP Pharmaceuticals in 2008. 

Prior to joining BSP Pharmaceuticals, she gained significant experience in Tech Transfer Project Management at Patheon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) and developed her professional and technical growth at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies from the University of Naples.
