Carla Vozone, PharmD, MBA, is Vice President of Specialty Drug Delivery at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where she leads the business segment of pulmonary and nasal delivery and bioavailability technologies. She is responsible for Business Development and Commercial Operations and leads Product Development and Project Management. Prior to Catalent, she spent over 20 years with Hovione with responsibilities across regulatory affairs, sales & marketing, and business leadership. Carla holds a PharmD and MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology from the Pharmacy School, University of Lisbon, a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School, New Jersey, and a Certification in Business Development and Licensing from the University of Manchester. She is board member at IPAC-RS, a leading industry consortium on regulatory science of orally inhaled and nasal drugs, having served as Vice-Chai and Chair from 2019 to 2021 and is also a member of the DCAT Research & Benchmarking Committee.
