Carla La Montagna is the Senior Sourcing Director for Biologics and Packaging at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where she leads sourcing activities and drives category strategy execution for biologics materials and packaging components across the company’s entire pharmaceutical portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in Quality, R&D, and Procurement, she has held leadership roles across both J&J’s Consumer (now Kenvue) and Pharma sectors. Since joining J&J in 2004, she has taken on progressively senior positions within Procurement, covering areas such as small-molecule active pharmaceutical ingredient sourcing, external manufacturing for large–molecule drug substances and drug products, prior to her current role.
