Aatosh Chauhan is Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Small Molecule External Manufacturing, Merck & Co. Inc.,  where he leads multiple teams focused on developing comprehensive business strategies, utilizing his expertise in network strategy, new product launch excellence, and organizational transformation. With 25 years of experience at Merck, Aatosh has consistently delivered significant results, from building high-performing teams to executing strategic initiatives such as site divestitures and playing a pivotal role in the 2021 spin-off of Merck’s women’s health, established brands, and biosimilars businesses to form Organon. He possesses extensive experience in External Manufacturing Operations and Procurement. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Drexel University and commenced his career in operational, supervisory, and supply chain roles within Merck’s Manufacturing Division. He is also a member of the DCAT Research & Benchmarking Committee.
