Cancellation and Refund Policy or Substitutions

If you would like to cancel your registration for any or all DCAT Week education programs and/or networking events, and receive a full refund of your payment, you must:

Requests for cancellation may be subject to a processing fee or a deduction based on food and beverage guarantees made to the venue. 

All refunds will be made via the payment method in which they were received. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for credit cards and 14 business days for checks.

If you pre-register for an education program and/or networking event and want to substitute another person from your member company to take your place, please contact Josetty Bouillon during the time and manner as described above.

Substitutions on-site during DCAT Week must be made by visiting the DCAT Staff Office located in the InterContinental Barclay, Barclay Salon, 1st Floor. 

Education Program and/or Networking Event Name Badges

For Member Companies

During DCAT Week, you may retrieve your education program and/or networking event name badge (which is the official admission) at any of the badge print-out locations as listed below. Your badge will be automatically generated with a QR Code that indicates you have registered for a single or multiple education program and/or networking events.

Name badges are mandatory in all education programs and/or networking events. You are required to have your name badge scanned at the point of entry. QR codes are recorded by scanner and one entry is permitted per QR code.

If you register for a Member Name Badge to wear throughout the week, this will be the same badge you wear to education programs and/or networking events. The badge will have the same QR Code printed on it that will permit your entry into the programs and/or events for which you have pre-registered.
