DCAT Week Central Park Run & Walk – Release and Waiver of Liability 

I hereby attest that I am fully cognizant of the risks involved in participating in the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (“DCAT”) 45-minute Central Park Run & Walk in conjunction with Mile High Run Club, LLC, offered at DCAT Week 2024 (the “Run & Walk”), including but not limited to risks brought about by physical exertion, and agree to abide by and adhere to the safety rules of DCAT and those of Mile High Run Club, as applicable. I further attest that I do not suffer from any heart, lung or other medical condition or disease that might in any way hinder or prevent me from fully participating in the Run & Walk. 

In consideration of my participation in the Run & Walk, I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless DCAT and Mile High Run Club, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, members, subsidiaries, agents, successors, and assigns, including, but not limited to, any vendor or third party working in conjunction with DCAT to put on the Run & Walk, from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred in connection with my participation in the Programs, including that caused solely or in part by the fault (including but not limited to negligence) of the above-named parties. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. I agree that if any portion of this Release and Waiver of Liability is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
