Please note: the last day to cancel a table and receive a refund was Friday, March 4, 2022.


COVID-19 Protocols

All COVID-19 protocols for attendees of the DCAT Annual Dinner can be found here. These will be structured and conducted under the guidance and recommendations issued by the CDC and the public health authorities of the City of New York. Please check back often as they are subject to change. 


Annual Dinner System

Designated Annual Dinner Table Contacts can now access their tables and enter their dinner guests into the system by logging into My DCAT, our member company portal. To log into My DCAT, please follow these instructions:

  1. Access My DCAT by clicking here or visiting dcat.org and clicking “Member Login” at the top right of the screen, then click the blue “Login” button.
  2. Enter your company email address and password.
  3. First time logging in? Click the “New User” option. If the system says you are already in the database, click the “forgot password” option and follow the instructions to reset your password. (Note: you could be in our system without having ever logged in if you were in our previous community, DCAT Connect)

Beverage Pre-Order Form and Instructions

All orders must be placed and paid for via the Boomer E-Commerce website prior to March 17, 2022. All orders received after this date will incur a $275.00 administrative rush fee in addition to any late fees noted.

Please review this step-by-step instruction sheet, which also includes some Frequently Asked Questions in case you are new to the Annual Dinner or the process of ordering beverages for your table(s).

Annual Dinner Badges

Designated Annual Dinner Table Contacts are responsible for picking up Annual Dinner Name Badges to distribute to individual guests. Please do not send individuals to pick up dinner badges. If you are unable to distribute your badges prior to the dinner, please return them to the DCAT Office (InterContinental Barclay, Barclay Salon I) by 12:00 PM on March 24th. DCAT will work with you to ensure that your guests receive their badges.

Monday, March 21st - Wednesday, March 23rd

Thursday, March 24th
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: DCAT Office - InterContinental Barclay, Barclay Salon I (1st Floor)
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: New York Hilton (2nd Floor)
