The Lexington Hotel DCAT Week Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be held with a major credit card at the time of reservation. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. Please note that the estimated total will automatically add the destination fee. Cancellation Policy: The Hotel understands that all reservations for sleeping rooms (i.e., Superior Guest rooms) will be made, modified or canceled by individual Event attendees directly with the Hotel by calling 212-303-7760 or 800-697-2522 and, in either case, referring to 2026 DCAT Week. Reservations must be made on or before Friday, February 20, 2026. All Event attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. Changes and cancellations may be made by the individual attendee without penalty until 4:00 PM ET on Friday, February 20, 2026. Any changes and cancellations after Friday, February 20, 2026 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one-night’s room and tax charge. If any changes or cancellations occur within seven days of the Event start date, or there is a no-show, the individual attendee will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of room and tax charges for the entire reservation.

San Carlos Hotel Details
