About Annual Dinner Name Badges

These name badges are the official ticket to the DCAT Annual Dinner and are required to attend the Pre-Annual Dinner Reception, 94th DCAT Annual Dinner and Post-Dinner Hospitality events. Persons without an appropriate name badge will not be permitted in these areas. 

Annual Dinner Name Badge Pick-up Locations and Timing

Designated Annual Dinner Table Contacts are responsible for picking up Annual Dinner Name Badges to distribute to individual guests. Please do not send individuals to pick up name badges. If you are unable to distribute your badges prior to the dinner, please return them to the DCAT Office (InterContinental, Rockefeller Suite) by 12:00 PM on March 24th. DCAT will work with you to ensure that your guests receive their badges. 

Sunday, March 20th - DCAT Team & Early Badge Pick Up

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM: DCAT Office, InterContinental Barclay - Barclay Salon I (1st Floor)
*This option is available for badge pick-up only. Any changes to badges must be made in the DCAT Office or online using DCAT's Annual Dinner System.

Monday, March 21st - Wednesday, March 23rd
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM: DCAT Office (InterContinental Barclay - Barclay Salon, 1st Floor)

Thursday, March 24th
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM: DCAT Office (InterContinental Barclay - Barclay Salon, 1st Floor)
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: New York Hilton (2nd Floor)

Annual Dinner Name Badge Changes

Any changes that need to be made to the Annual Dinner Name Badges should be made online using DCAT's Annual Dinner System or in the DCAT Office (InterContinental, Barclay Salon, 1st Floor) by 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 24th. After that time, any changes will need to be made on-site at the New York Hilton beginning at 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 24th. DCAT highlight recommends making changes prior to this time to avoid long lines at the badge pick up area.

Post-Dinner Hospitality Events

DCAT Annual Dinner Badges also grant dinner guests entry to the Post-Dinner Hospitality events, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, immediately following the dinner (approx. 9:30 PM). Guests who are not attending the DCAT Annual Dinner may also attend these events and can pick up guest badges in the lobby of the New York Hilton beginning at 9:15 PM. DCAT Member Company Name Badges are for representatives of DCAT Member Company representatives to wear during DCAT Week for access to the member lounges, member-only networking events, and education programs they have registered for. Only dinner badges permit access to the DCAT Annual Dinner.
