Dinner Badges

DCAT Annual Dinner Badges are the official ticket to the DCAT Annual Dinner and must be worn by anyone entering the ballroom area. The designated dinner table contact for the company hosting your table will have your Annual Dinner badge, unless he or she has contacted the DCAT office to make other arrangements. Dinner badges are different from Member Name Badges.*

Only persons wearing an Annual Dinner Badge will be able to:

  • Access the escalators to the 3rd floor ballroom area.
  • Access the 3rd floor from the elevators.
  • Be permitted to attend the Pre-Annual Dinner Reception in the Trianon Ballroom also located on the 3rd floor.
  • Special badges will be available in the foyer of the New York Hilton beginning at 9:30 p.m. that evening for those who want to attend the post-hospitality events but are not attending the Annual Dinner.

For the safety and security of our members, guests and Keynote Speaker, these security rules will be strictly enforced. DCAT reserves the right to deny any person(s) entry to the ballroom based on the advice of our security team.

Post-Dinner Hospitality Events

DCAT Annual Dinner Badges also grant dinner guests entry to the Post-Dinner Hospitality events, located on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors, immediately following the dinner (approx. 9:30PM). Guests who are not attending the DCAT Annual Dinner may also attend these events and can pick up guest badges in the lobby of the New York Hilton beginning at 9:15PM. *DCAT Member Name Badges are for representatives of DCAT member companies to wear during DCAT Week for access to the member lounges, member-only networking events and education programs they have registered for. Only dinner badges permit access to the DCAT Annual Dinner.
