Sara Henneman is Vice President and General Manager of Cell Culture and Cell Therapy at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she leads a global portfolio of technologies critical to cell culture, biologics, and cell- and gene-therapy manufacturing. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth, advancing differentiated solutions, and enabling biopharmaceutical customers to accelerate development and scale of advanced therapies. 

Previously, Sara held senior leadership roles at BD, Catalent, and Pfizer, working across the US, Europe, and Asia. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with biopharma companies and CDMOs to support drug development, manufacturing scale-up, packaging, and global market expansion. Overall, she brings nearly three decades of experience spanning biologics and advanced therapy manufacturing, operations & commercial leadership, and global business strategy.
