Lisa Martin is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at GSK, where she leads the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and procurement activities on all externally purchased goods and services categories, including research and development, raw materials, packaging, manufacturing services, marketing, and sales. She is also responsible for Workplace,  Real Estate and Facilities for GSK, across all of GSK’s 259 sites. Lisa leads GSK’s Global Procurement sustainability initiatives, including industry collaboration for net zero and nature positive impact, contributions to The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, and representation as the GSK Global Godavari Basin Champion for the Water Resilience Coalition. Prior to joining GSK, Lisa was CPO of Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for the transformation of the Procurement function, delivering $1 billion in savings two years ahead of the original strategic plan.
