Please note: A Member Company may request to cancel and receive a refund less a $150.00 administrative fee per table on or before Thursday, February 20, 2025, 5:00 PM ET.

Annual Dinner Badges

The Annual Dinner Name Badge is different from the Member Company Name Badge worn during DCAT Week activities. Annual Dinner Name Badges are the official ticket to the DCAT Annual Dinner. They are required for entry into the Pre-Annual Dinner Reception, the 97th DCAT Annual Dinner, and Post-Dinner Hospitality events. Individuals without the appropriate name badge will not be allowed access to these areas.

Dinner Badge Pick-Up Policy

Designated Annual Dinner Table Contacts are responsible for picking up and distributing name badges to guests prior to the event. Please do not send individuals to the DCAT Office to pick up dinner badges.

Dinner Badge Pick-Up Schedule/Location

Dinner Badges may be picked up by the Designated Table Holder from the DCAT Office located in the InterContinental Barclay, Barclay Salon (1st floor) during the following times:

Sunday:  3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

If you are unable to pick up badges in the above time frames, you may pick them up on Thursday at the DCAT Table located in the Pre-function area on 2nd Floor on the NY Hilton beginning at 5:00 PM.
